Garlic & rosemary marinated chicken goujons with an heirloom tomato, red onion & avocado salsa


Grilled English 30 day aged rump steak with sautéed mushrooms & onions with a cream horseradish sauce

Pan-fried lamb steak with red wine, baby onions, roasted carrots, green beans & rosemary & garlic mash

Oven roasted hake supreme with pak choi, greens, baby potatoes & sweet chilli & plum dressing

Handmade spinach, mushroom & truffle oil pie with sweet potato mash, creamed leeks and peas
