King prawns in chilli & garlic butter with toasted sour dough

Kiln roast salmon with prawn & avocado salsa

Grilled halloumi, pear & walnut salad with blue cheese dressing


Roast topside of beef & Yorkshire pudding

Slow roasted belly of pork with sausage stuffing

Battered fish, chips & mushy peas

Handmade mushroom, spinach & hazelnut pie with a smoked cheese & spinach sauce

Chicken or crayfish Caesar salad

Hand fried nachos with sour cream, salsa & guacamole with BBQ pulled pork

Grilled pangasius fish fillet with a tomato, red onion & coriander dressing
